  2. Glucometer & Health Tracking

    • The app is a tool for tracking and monitoring diabetes.

    • It is not a substitute for emergency medical care. In case of emergencies, contact your nearest hospital.

  3. Pharmacy & Lab Orders

    • Orders for medicines and diagnostic tests are fulfilled by authorized third-party partners.

    • We do not guarantee availability, delivery timelines, or prices of third-party services.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will follow the respective partner’s policy (pharmacy/lab/consultation).

  • Subscription or service fees are non-transferable.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We provide services on an “as-is” basis.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operations, or accuracy of health recommendations.

  • We are not liable for medical outcomes, product availability, delays, or damages arising from the use of third-party services.
