Delete your VitalLink account
This page lets you request deletion of your VitalLink account (Android & iOS app and website) and all data associated with it. You do not need the app installed to make this request.
How it works
- Enter the phone number registered with your account.
- Enter the 4-digit OTP we send to that number.
- Tell us why you're leaving (optional feedback) and confirm.
- Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period. You can cancel any time during those 30 days.
You can also do this from the app: Menu → My Profile → Delete Account.
What will be deleted
- Profile information (name, email, phone, date of birth, photo)
- Health readings: glucose, blood pressure, weight
- Diet, meal, exercise and medication logs
- Doctor consultations, lab test bookings and reports
- AI chat conversations and diet plans
- Saved addresses, cart, notifications and device connections (Gmate / Sinocare)
- Login tokens and app device registrations
What we keep, and for how long
Order and payment records are kept for accounting and legal compliance, but are anonymised (your name, email, phone and address are removed) at the time of deletion. Anonymised records cannot be linked back to you. Everything else listed above is permanently erased once the 30-day grace period ends.
